Bit far from the city but quiet place

No lift facility

The entire staff is extremely hospitable and cooperative. The only issue we had was that we needed to walk to the next building and climb stairs to the fourth floor for breakfast. When I inquired about the possibility of having breakfast delivered to our room, they enthusiastically and happily agreed. When we ask for assistance, they will arrive at our doorstep within a few minutes.

Kindly ensure that the rooms are smoke-free. We, as a couple who travel the world, have discovered that only a small number of hotels worldwide permit smoking in their premises. A small group of people smoking right in front of our door is bringing in the disgusting odour in our room.

I liked the property owners. They were polite.Also, we stayed at 2BHK apartment which was decent in size.

The room could have been more cleaner.We saw cockroach and big spider near our beds in our room.

Relatively clean and good room and bathroom.

Breakfast was for 3 morning in a row Iddli and Puri, rather cold, with little tea We noticed few coakroaches, although everything looked clean.

Location. It was very easy to navigate using GPSStaff. They are proactive, helpful and will go out of way to ensure your comfortPerfect hot and cold waterBreakfast. We loved it.

Please start a in- house dinner service or put a induction / microwave in the kitchen as there are no eateries around and one has to either order in time from a restaurant or needs to pack their food while returning from sightseeing. But in both the cases, the food gets cold at the time of dinner, so a in-house service or a reheating service will solve this problem

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast served to your room. Had a nice family environment. Not air-conditioned but Thekkady is cold, so the fan was sufficient. Great hospitality. Recommend ????

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food service were excellent and we want to specifically thank Joy and his wife the care taker of the place who where kind to bring us home made food( puttu). The room service was great and would bring whatever we asked for even at the busy times. We had a two year old and Joy took exceptional care in ensuring 2yr old had milk at weird time of time. It’s very close to all the facilities and also we quite for relaxing. We highly recommend this place and we will be returning for sure.

The property its really convenient, near every where, It’s in the town , Property it’s Clean and staff so kind We are very happy with the breakfast so yummy They give us, idili and sambar, potato curry with puri For kids there’s bread with jam as well ?

Big room

No hot water, no lift to reach 2nd floor, ok for business travel but it's not for relaxation. Breakfast is very basic

Nothing to talk much about the stay. Breakfast was horrible. No proper response on any issue. Rooms will not be cleaned

The rooms were very clean. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious. The staff very friendly. The location is a but far from town especially as there are NO restaurants around this area, only corner stores. But there are many tuktuks around to catch to Kumily for food.

We booked apartments, they were impeccable and clean. The care takers were very helpful, they even helped us put the luggage in our apartments. The food provided we delicious and sufficient. The rooms were very clean and nice. The toilets were great. The surroundings were nice and calm. I would book it again if needed.

The hotel is some 8 kms away from the town center, but it takes just 1p minutes by car.

It's outside the city of Thekkady and if electricity went of due to rain or wind then no backup facility was available at night time .which is difficult for families with childrenTo avoid the above circumstances, T HOME management has to arrange the inverter facility at all room

Breakfast was good, served Keralite breakfast on both days of our stay at the hotel. The staff checked our preferred options and served them at room. The apartment had separate dining area.

Reception and room services closes by 10:30 / 11:00pm. But, they stays there if we inform in advance of the late check in.

The Place was excellent. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and fully furnished. Will definitely stay again.

Food was not available at the property. If that is made available, would be awesome.

Great location and neat rooms. Overall all a nice stay.
